that is the baby’s hand and it is indeed he, that broke the ducky…
I posted this photo as a symbol of what my Easter Sunday is likely to be like, as we are spending it at the in-laws – lucky we are not going there till 3 o’clock so I have my sanity for the morning.
I have had that duck by the TV for about 15 years and now Aaron is at that age where he is using furniture to lift him up to standing so I let him grab the duck. My mistake was I let him take it to the kitchen, where he accidentally dropped it and of course on a hard floor it broke. That was a few days ago, but I thought it was perfect for Silent Sunday as the duck may be considered a bit egg and Easter related….
I just hope Easter Sunday doesn’t end up as bad as Mother’s Day, but I have just been given 2 eggs AND a box of chocolates so things are looking up.

Oh dear! I do happen to think, though, that a bit of kiddy artwork could improve anything, so in a way, it’s all good!
